There’s a lot of wonderful experiences I encountered with different kinds of customers! One that caught my attention till today is our regular customer who works in the mall and will definitely order the same thing “3 sour cream onion, MORE sour cream please.” Whenever he comes by, I prepare his order straight away without even asking and we will still engage in conversation by asking one another’s day. These interactions make my day as much as I hope it makes their day! :)

As a flexi full-time employee working 35 hours a week, I value the flexible schedule for enabling me to prioritize family time with my children. The positive work environment adds to my daily enjoyment and anticipation of coming to work.

At Auntie Anne’s, we are granted 6 days off per month, exceeding the industry norm of 4 days. It gives me extra time to cherish moments with my family.

I would describe my work life at Auntie Anne's to a friend as a challenging job as it requires a certain skill set to make a nice pretzels consistently. Working here has been an enriching experience and the motivation to contribute to the company's goals and being part of a dynamic team keeps me excited to come to work every day.

I have been working here for more than 2 years and am very happy to work with my team. It makes my day to receive bright smiles from our regular customers who are understanding when there is a long queue. Especially when they tell me I am very good in customer service and wish me a good day!
